When you send the estimate form, we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you're interested in, a description of the job, your preferred contact time and any photos you attach. When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) in server logs to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare your estimate and schedule the work.
- To contact you about a job you asked us about.
- To keep records of the work we do, as any business does.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else receives it
Form submissions are delivered to our business email. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a Google Maps map on the contact page; when your browser loads those, Google receives standard technical data under its own privacy policy. We share information with others only when needed to do the job you asked for or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as they're useful for the work and our business records, and then delete them.

Children
This site is for adults arranging work on a property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
