About WA Waste Removal and Demolition
WA Waste Removal And Demolition Corp is a Malden crew that clears, tears out and cleans up properties for homeowners and businesses in Malden, Boston and the communities around them. If something on your property has to go, come down or be fixed outside, we're the people you call.
What do we do?
Six services, all connected by the same idea: you shouldn't need three different companies to get one property back in shape.
- Junk removal furniture, cleanouts and renovation debris.
- Demolition interior tear-outs, decks, steps and small structures.
- Fence installation and repair new fences, repairs and gates.
- Driveway and sidewalk construction asphalt, concrete and pavers.
- Tree removal and cutting dead, dangerous and storm-damaged trees.
- Yard cleanup leaves, brush, branches and yard junk.
These jobs overlap all the time. A tear-out creates a pile of debris. A storm brings a tree down on the fence. A house being sold needs the basement emptied, the old deck removed and the yard cleared. Because we do all of it, one estimate and one crew can cover the whole job.
How do we work?
- Transparent process. You get a free estimate and the price before any work starts.
- Client first. We listen to what you need, point out what to check before the work, and take care around what stays.
- Timely completion. We show up when we say we will and finish what we agreed on.
- Expert service. We know the work, from carrying a couch down three flights to breaking out a concrete floor.
- Local expertise. We work in the older homes, triple-deckers, tight lots and busy streets of the cities around Boston, and we plan every job around them.
